Gorilla Dining Hosts 'Taste of Brazil'

As a part of their Diversity and Inclusion efforts, Gorilla Dining hosted a "Taste of Brazil" lunch on November 2nd. They featured authentic Brazilian dishes created by one of their Brazilian student workers. Some of the food offerings included Fried Yuca, Shrimp in a Pumpkin, and Brigadeiro. The students and staff of PSU absolutely loved the event, raving in the university newspaper that they "love when [Sodexo] does something like this" and that the event was "enlightening." Shout out to Camila Schnedier, our Brazilian student worker, and Brandy Kirk, our retail manager, for executing such a great event!
