Simple Servings is our allergen-safe, dining option for our customers with food allergies or gluten intolerance at Gibson Dining Hall. This station offers food free from peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, wheat, soy, milk products, eggs, and gluten-containing ingredients.

As a part of their "Stop Hunger" initiative, they hosted a drawing for the Wesley House Food Pantry in the months of October and November.
