Gibson Dining Hall is our resident dining that offers a complete dining program with signature brands and menu selections that entail just about every item you can imagine. Gibson Dining Hall is definitely NOT a traditional cafeteria!
Our dining program has been designed with you in mind. Flexibility, varied hours and a choice of dining locations will all enable you to find the perfect place at the perfect time. Please refer to our dining schedule when planning your meals.
Located west of Nation Hall and north of Dellinger Hall, it features a wide variety of fresh food designed to satisfy everyone’s taste. You will find yourself wanting to go back for more, with this “all-you-care-to-eat” dining facility.

*Simple Servings is our new resident dining option, providing safe and appetizing food choices "ready to go" for our customers with food allergies, gluten intolerance, or those who prefer plain and simple foods. The Simple Servings station does not offer foods made with the FDA most-common allergens of peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, wheat, soy, milk products and eggs. All foods offered will be made without gluten-containing ingredients. Simple Servings staff members are carefully trained to avoid cross-contamination of their menu items. Simple Servings: providing convenient, delicious, and secure options. Focus on your future, not your food allergy.
